as i was losing faith in, well, anything from australia, i discover "xoma", sydney based one-man industrial beat based noise artist.
one of the best things i've heard in a while. you can get a torrent of his latest ep here: http://www.mininova.org/tor/413727. one of the best releases this year in my opinion

Cool, I'll check it out. The best new noise artist I've heard is this Canadian guy who purs stuff out under the name Torso. He's just released his first album on Divorce records..

losing faith in australia, lost thast along time ago but for political reasons, definately haven't lost faith in the artists here
das butcher hi god people jon rose - particularly jon rose and is hyperstring projects and fence projects there are tons and tons of brilliant unsigned or unreleased locals but i am hung as a dog so cognitive function is not of the highest order this morning |
