Post pictures and some commentary, if you like, of your favourite bands in parks, gardens, woodland etc.

People generally hold their beer bottle/can for the camera, so that everyone can see the brand they like, not DIY Sonic Youth tees made by Brian Turner in his spare time. 10+ to slavo for posting that.

Skinny Puppy - circa Too Dark Park
although no grass is depicted, there's a good chance that they are on it. |

You've not posted for a few days, Nefeli. Doing something nice, I hope?

Work's a drag right now, but I'm fine apart from that.

I'm rather disappointed that I haven't found any photos online of Black Flag at Pollywog Park. I'm sure there are some.
I have a feeling, though, that the Sensational Fix book contains a photo of Kim at said show. EDIT: |

It might be a park, I'm not sure. And pictures of C86 bands in parks are always going to be quite easy to find. here's the pastels: I bet there's a picture out there somewhere of Talullah Gosh playing on the swings. What about "bands on the beach"? Is that allowed? Or does that need a different thread? |

I got it off Carlos van Hijfte's facebook. He took some amazing pictures of many bands, including a terrific Joy Division one. I don't know the name of the location, I'll ask him. |
