I guess i'd have to say Superfuzz Bigmuff but

is a close runner up. It's definetly their most underrated.

1000 forms of mind and beneath the valley of the underdog are classic mudhoney....even poisoned water is a sick song

Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge is really good too.

Piece of Cake is a Piece of Great Tunes.

March to Fuzz is a great compilation, no doubt.

Really, they are all good records, but Superfuzz Big Muff is the most comprehensive and powerful.
