I can't get enough sleep
I'm having very vivid nightmares I'm guessing it's from the hydrocodone Any tips or suggestions are welcome |

Watching unbelievably wretched horror/sleaze films ususaly works for me - I guarantee you that you'd be in Snoozeland after attempting to watch some nonsense like Jesus Franco's "Bloody Moon"...

Supposedly, if you eat honey, it'll make you sleep. Also, put an onion in a jar for a week, take the onion out and huff the onion smell. That'll make you sleepy. Supposedly. |

shut the pc down and go to bed!!
then, I find myself sleeping easily putting just the left earplug in my ear and letting the tv on a random channel where there are people speakin' about stuff.

Look to the east. Stand up, knees slightly bent, now raise your arms above your head and breathe in deeply. Lower your arms and exhale, then raise them again and inhale deeply. Repeat this several times.
Now lie down and calmly repeat your name. Slowly and calmly. Close your eyes. This should work.
