1. One film that changed your life
Fantasia. 2. One film you have watched more than once Dumb & Dumber. My most-watched movie, probably. 3. One film you would want on a desert island All That Jazz. 4. One film that made you laugh The Ruling Class. 5. One film that made you cry I know there have been a few, but for some reason I can't remember any of them. Except for Harry Potter 5, which shouldn't count because it didn't actually happen until the third time I had seen it. 6. One film you wish had been made Maybe just a sequel/prequel to something or another. Evil Dead IV. Ha. Or maybe just adapting some stage play to the screen. I can't think of anything specific right now. 7. One film you wish had never had been made Garden State or Amelie or something. Just because I don't like being put in that situation where someone who likes either movie wants to know what I think about it. 8. The last film you saw Blade Runner: The Final Cut 9. One film you have been meaning to see I will watch Rescue Dawn soon. I will.

1. One film that changed your life: Ummmm. I'll say Back to the Future. I saw it when I was a wee-little kid and it was a film that I adored so I guess it made me watch more films. Shit answer? Oh well.
2. One film you have watched more than once: I could name many, like Back to the Future for one, but I'll say... Chopper. I watched that alot when it was released. But I watch movies often, I guess, so I re-run alot of them. 3. One film you would want on a desert island: Spinal Tap maybe. 4. One film that made you laugh: The Big Lebowski. 5. One film that made you cry: Forrest Gump made me cry, I think. 6. One film you wish had been made: Earlier this year I stumbled upon a book called Looking for Alaska in a book store bargain bin. I thought the cover was cool and the blurb on the back sounded interesting so I bought it and really enjoyed it and when I was reading it I kept thinking how great it'd be to make it into a film. One of them books where I wanted to know how the characters were going after I finished the book. 7. One film you wish had never had been made: Doesn't bother me. 8. The last film you saw: I watched Scarface lastnight. 9. One film you have been meaning to see: December Boys. It's got the main guy from Harry Potter in it. I'm not a fan of Harry Potter but it looks interesting. It's an Australian film and he does a pretty good Aussie accent from what I've heard.

1. One film that changed your life: School of Rock. Yup, so-so movie. Made me pay attention to classic rock when I watched it. My life changed for the better then. 2. One film you have watched more than once: Hook. Childhood, you know. 3. One film you would want on a desert island: Castaway. Haha. 4. One film that made you laugh: Borat. 5. One film that made you cry: Can't really remember. The Pianist made me sad the most, I think. 6. One film you wish had been made [by you]: A Young Frankenstein. 7. One film you wish had never had been made: Superbad. Horrible movie. Just rubbish. 8. The last film you saw: Juno. 9. One film you have been meaning to see: Don't know. Recommendations? |

1. One film that changed your life
I'd have to say Pink Flamingos. I saw it at the Scala cinema in London's Kings Cross. I was about 16, it was an all-nighter and I was surrounded by various unsavoury types. Halfway through the film, I remember thinking that if this kind of thing is legal, then life might actually be a lot more interesting than I thought. 2. One film you have watched more than once. I tend to watch Witchfinder General about once a month. 3. One film you would want on a desert island Fellini's 8 1/2. 4. One film that made you laugh Woody Allen's Annie Hall. 5. One film that made you cry I cry at films regularly, most recently Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. 6. One film you wish had been made Neuromancer or Watchmen. 7. One film you wish had never had been made Death Proof, which reinforced just how fleeting Tarantino's talent actually was. 8. The last film you saw The last Bond: Casino Royale, which seemed to think it was a lot cleverer than it actually was. 9. One film you have been meaning to see I Am Legend. I'm intigued to see if Hollywood is going to allow Will Smith to portray the Richard Neville character as the selfish prick he is in the original novel. |

1. One film that changed your life
Beneath the Planet of the Apes (I watched it when I was very young, like six, on t.v. and the ending was one of the most horrifically shocking things I've ever experienced because I'd never thought of that concept before then.) 2. One film you have watched more than once The Man Who Fell to Earth (and I'd watch it again right now if it were handy; it's brilliant!) 3. One film you would want on a desert island La Dolce Vita 4. One film that made you laugh Leprechaun in the Hood 5. One film that made you cry Midnight Cowboy 6. One film you wish had been made An adaptation of Now Wait for Last Year by PKD with a good director, say Richard Linkletter, but not animation. 7. One film you wish had never had been made Independence Day 8. The last film you saw Eraser Head (with my pregnant wife; not a good plan despite her being a huge Lynch fan) 9. One film you have been meaning to see The Birds (it's in our Netflix queue!) |

1. One film that changed your life
Star Wars - if i recall correctly, i didn't watch this movie until i was 12 years old, not sure why, but after that it kind of took my interests down a path that stayed that way for about 5 years, etc et al 2. One film you have watched more than once The Love Bug - more then even Star Wars, a disney film from 1968 that dominated my childhood, fortunately it remains a good film to watch to this day with great over the top performances by Buddy Hackett and David Tomlinson, and encouraged boy-racerism with the auto racing template 3. One film you would want on a desert island Seven Samurai - a 200 minute long film which is a plus, but just a masterpiece, endlessly rewatchable 4. One film that made you laugh Caddyshack - the writing collaboration of Harold Ramis and Douglas Kenney only produced 2 films: Animal House and this film, it is believed that Kenney committed suicide because of the poor reception the film received at the time, and the hack-est hollywood writers have trying to emulate ever since with little real impact or understanding of good comedy. Absolutely solid cast including Ted Knight, Chevy Chase, and Bill Murray and the always disrespected Rodney Dangerfield 5. One film that made you cry The Breakfast Club - had to think about one film that stuck out, but this does, a little too haunting of my high school days of group therapy, especially in the scenes where they discuss why they are in detention, and the fact i was at one point all five archetypes of the film 6. One film you wish had been made i can't answer that question 7. One film you wish had never had been made The Fast and the Furious - having seen too many young idiots spend so much money to spiffy up their cars to look like the ones in the film and just causing more asshole drivers is enough reason to hate this film 8. The last film you saw E.T. - hadn't watched it in many years, the best quality of any Spielberg film is ability to use light and shadow to it's fullest 9. One film you have been meaning to see a lot |

1. three films that changed your life
Roger & Me, Full Metal Jacket, Mindwalk 2. three films you have watched more than once I'll just name my top three: Blue Velvet, Apocalypse Now, Psycho the three most recently rewatched: Downtown '81, Midnight Run, 2001: A Space Odyssey 3. three films you would want on a desert island Imagine: John Lennon or The Beatles Anthology series, the original Star Wars trilogy, favorite pornography compilation (boner jamz haha) 4. four films that made you laugh Young Frankenstein, The Big Lebowski, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Charlie Chaplin's The Circus (also very sad) 5. four films that made you cry The Elephant Man, The Bicycle Thief (aka Bicycle Thieves), Sophie's Choice, The Deer Hunter 6. One film you wish had been made http://www.pbs.org/wnet/secrets/case...ght/index.html The pre-war lives of Southerland and Sakai should feature prominently as should their exploits before meeting in their aerial battle. The film should also show them together when they meet again in old age. 7. One film you wish had never had been made There's way too many to name, but the remake that cheapens the original version the most is probably Point of No Return. 8. The last three films you saw Sex, Food, Death and...Tarantulas documentary, Harder Than Nails documentary, The Simpsons Movie ("I Will Not Illegally Download This Movie" - I did, and although it looks and sounds (for the most part) great, it was a big disappointment.) 9. four films you have been meaning to see The Great Debaters, Cassandra's Dream, Cocaine Cowboys documentary, An Unreasonable Man documentary |

Bullshit? It practically foretold the transition from manufacturing economy to service economy in America! It offers a scathing criticism of foreign outsourcing due to the undesirable economic, social and political ramifications that inevitably arise.
Well, well, well, you can dish it out, but can you take it? Quote:

Wait a minute? You got all defensive because it turned out a supposed documentry was bollocks? Haha, lighten up! Dune? It was joke...deserts...Dune...deserts? It sucks to have to explain things. And yeah I've read the book. Like the Blade Comment by the way. By the time I hit the grand old "Kids these days have no manners" like you I'm sure I'll of watched it. Considering it's only in the last month been properly available on dvd again. Babe? So you've never turned on the T.V and seen a film on a just watched it?

1. One film that changed your life: Back To The Future, anybody who knows me knows this
2. One film you have watched more than once: Labyrinth, I don't know how many times I've watched it... 3. One film you would want on a desert island: Man Vs. Wild Box Set? Kidding; probably a feel good movie like Orange County or something 4. One film that made you laugh: That's a lot of movies, that's why there is an entire genre called Comedy... 5. One film that made you cry: Since I didn't pick one for the last question, here are two that I cried sufficiently at: I Am Sam & Hotel Rwanda (the latter of which I not only cried, but while at the bookstore afterwards I started feeling emotionally overwhelmed and had to go home) 6. One film you wish had been made: I don't know, if I could name it, then wouldn't it have already been made? 7. One film you wish had never had been made: High School Musical 8. The last film you saw: Theater: I Am Legend; Home: Pirates Of The Carribean 3 9. One film you have been meaning to see: Sweeney Todd
