Im going to the Dr today

im finnaly doing something about my anxiety and will hopefully be gettnig some meds

was pretty nerving doing it all and stuff, heck im freaking about going to the drs too

i had some anxiety issues that gave me rashes all over to the point where my back would be all scratched up and bleeding. i got medicine for it but then i lost it. the anxiety went away for the most part, but now i also have some mild paranoia

i can't be on that stuff, although i've been told by several people that i'm in dire need of some kind of mood stabilizer...all good and well but that stuff doesn't mix too well with booze.

I hate taking all that shit, hence I don't. But whilst growing up I was a shit nervous dude. I could barely talk to a stranger if asked a question and I'd get all anxious in public and it would not be an overally pleasant experience. Not like I stayed at home and never left the house, not necessarly, I just didn't like crowds. But then I still don't like crowds and I get alittle anxious but nowhere near like I used to. Never took meds, I'd hate to rely on a stabiliser to get me through and be in a permanent haze. I got on anti-depressants once and went off them after a few days because I felt like a goon taking them. Ever since, I've gotten better with controlling my emotions. I think I needed to realise that only I can help myself.

Saying all this shit though, I finally got some pain killers the other day for my back which I am always in pain with. I don't even like taking these that often, I hate relying on anything. But they also make me a better communicater and more care free in a pleasant way.

Medicaton in which you need to control your emotions are nearly always bad for you.

It is not for everyone, when it comes to xanax,prozac, etc. You cannot say it is bad when it has been shown that it does help some people out.

So many people become reliant on such prescribed medication, and it's sad. People think they're a cure, but rarely is the cure long term. They just supress whatever the problem is.

You can all take them, whatever, but they're not for me. That's what I'm sayin'.

best of luck at the doctor man. take the meds they give you, if they give you any,a nd let them work for you. it takes time for your body's chamical imbalances to stablize, so please make sure to follow the prescription instructions.

can you imagine what a pain cantankerous would be if she did have testosterone running through those evil veins?
