Recently, i've been listening to many 80's/early 90's indie records originally put out on Creation. My personal fave's include The Pastels, The Loft, Felt, Ride and The Telescopes, yet their are so many other decent bands on the label.
Anyone got any favourites? |

Momus' "Hairstyle Of The Devil" should not be denied.
Did you know that McGee used to promote Death In June gigs in 1983? The moind boggle. Next month: Bobby Gillespie on how DIJ are 'concrete electro-soul-Nazi-funk"

MBV and slowdive...sorry but it has to be said.
Also, I never liked much of their stuff but the super furry animals B side collection is actually really good.

Yeah, they are amazing, but they do get mentioned on this board quite a bit. |

Yeah, you're right, but I think it's normal. They're obviously influenced by Sonic Youth, so they suit with this board. Ask buzzo to explain his worship to this band... |

from the old ones the pastels were the best.
MBV/JAMC are of course the best ever, but you all knew it already... |
