ROOM 237 PRESENTS.......... THURSDAY 23RD JULY @ BRUDENELL, Leeds £5 advance/£7 door (Jumbo & Crash) GROWING (social registry/kranky/rock action) + QUACK QUACK(run of the mill) + REMEMBER REMEMBER (rock action) + ACTION BEAT (southern) + LINA SIMON (The 3rd member of The Edmund Fitzgerald who didn't join Foals.) At the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008 Growing released their first two releases for The Social Registry; a 7-inch single for the label Social Club series and a mini-lp entitled Lateral. I have a feeling that Growing would be either blow you away live or be shit. I like their records, but have never gotten a chance to see them perform.
Anyone been to one of their shows recently? |
