Which ones do you guys go to, to read about the current music. I want to know because I am falling behind in the current music.

i don't read alot about music unless it is an actual book, don't really like spending $15 on mags when i can get a good cheap disc for that..... but the wire is the only music mag i have ever read that if worth anything...... and why do you need to keep up with current music ...... don't worry about trends and that sort of shite, music is music

Most music mags suck, they get a taste of Army recruitment ad revenue and free booze and then just end up sucking very hard. Most music mags are followers, not leaders, so you get beat shit like fucking Cat Power on the covers of all the glossy "indie" music mags all in the same month.

I usually don't worry, it is that I was looking at the list for 2007 and realized I did not know much of what was being released that year.
