Sigur Ros - ?

I can never quite decide whether I love this band or not. Sometimes I'll put them on and I'm in some kind of Nirvana, other times I'm thinking AAAAGGGHHH. One things for sure, I'm rarely in the middle with them.

They were great live. I loveall their albums, all their music. I agree that sometimes it strikes such an emotional chord and at other times it seems saccharinne and cloying but man noone does what they do and it all rules. IT ALL RULES

I love them.

I really like Agaetis Byrjun and Takk, and while I don't like all the tracks on () the final one is one of
my favorite songs ever.

Their videos are great too.

Fucking awesome band, one of my favourites.

aegryts byrguyn or whatever is a great album. von is ok. () is bollocks and takk was suprisingly good. they are ok, i was told to "shush up" at a sigur ros gig, i wont see them live again......

you should shush up at each and every gig/performance/show you go to! Neither you nor I nor anyone else pays good money to hear the audience at a concert, much less some dude talking about whatever

I had to listen to a well-known British 'comedian' banging on about Pink Floyd at a Yo La Tengo gig once. Bastard kept waking me up.

hahahha! Yo la Tengop, along with explosions in the sky and sigur ros I term COUCH ROCK!

would it not be the best to go see a show of theirs and have a comfy couch/sofa to sit upon and enjoy the music?

Yo La Tengo was at a seated venue, there really was a well-know British comedian standing behind me banging on about Pink Floyd, and Yo La Tengo really did bore me to tears (I was dragged along by a friend).
