Anyone into them? I rediscover them about twice a year and remember they're the best band ever. Was just reading the Boris thread and it reminded me for some reason.

I've seen them a number of times.
KILLER live act. Whoa. "City Calls Revolution" is an underrated album for sure. |

This reminds me that some band just added me on myspace with the friend request "Hello. Your music crazy good feeling. We are Band that performs music while hiding oneself at center of Japan. I want to make friends with you."
Also, listen to Space Streakings, acousticrock. You'd like them....... |

I missed them live twice. The first time cause I couldn't find anyone to go with and didn't want to feel lame, the second time cause I had just started dating a girl and at the time didn't realize she would have loved it.
I'll check out Space Streakings right now. |

I've seen them a few times, including having the incredible honor of hosting them on my radio show for two incredible 45 minute melt down jams back to back. Probably the best live band I've ever had on.
Sadly, they kicked the bass player out of the band, which was really not a good decision. They are technically still together, but without him, they are never going to be the same. |

They're not really like Green Milk (except for being weird and spacey and using lots of fucked up sounds) but I think you'd appreciate them. |

Yeah I'm listening to the iTunes sample stuff and they sound awesome. Can't find any on Soulseek at the moment, but I'll find some stuff in the next few days somehow.

It's funny, I played City Calls Revolution for the first time in ages today while cleaning up my room and was reminded of how kickass they are.
Thanks for the link to Birth of the Neo Trip adam, you're always so generous with uploading.

My friend and I saw them live and apart from a very short set they were great. He got them to come back to his house and we got so stoned they could barely talk. There may have even been some x taken, but not by me since I had to work the next day. Evidently according to them laws around smoking and drugs are very harsh in Japan so they like to take advantage of the States when they are here. I remember thinking it was funny b/c they stayed the night and one of them fit perfectly on the love couch. My buddies wife came home the next day to find a little Japanese guy with his arm in the fish tank. Super nice guys though
