, but I just wanted to say it's never been that cold in that period of the year where I live. Weather's fucked up.

I spent Saturday in Boulogne, and it was bloody cold there. Which wouldn't have been a problem if all the shops, bars and restaurants hadn't been heated to equatorial temperatures. I spent half the day taking clothes off and putting them back on again.

here it is raining heavily and blowing a gale. I quite like this combination as the rain goes into you sideways and stings your face.
Today I went for a walk on the top of a cliff and stood on the edge looking down into the choppy sea. It is all very dramatic here in the Channel Islands.

Global warming is actually a misnomer. The climate change that the term "global warming" refers to means that there's an incremental rise in the planet's temperature over time. Let's just say you said what I meant (that it's a misnomer etc.) without the irony I threw in

. All in all it's a pretty alarming situation, seen by a "logic" and serious pov. See the recent thousands of deads in the news...

so sad.

hey. im going to prague again in february. do i expect coldness and snow. the last timei was there it was 30 degrees of beautiful sunshine!
