yeah it was a fully ashtonised version without any lead work but still pretty awesome. I'm battling my own jaded-ness about the whole show now though, had an awesome time an all but was less overwhelmed than atp or glastonbury, never anticipated being in the position of having seen the stooges three times in a year and a half so it seems quite spoiled to be all sniffy about "oh here comes the stage invasion" etc, possiblly less intense because of the new instruments (following the theft) or because they are now seriously old enough to know better. still a bazillion times better than ninety nine percent of bands you might see at a festival.
