Saturday, July 21st from Noon to 1 PM Pacific Time will be my last What's This Called? radio show for a couple weeks on KPSU (I'll be back 8/11).
It should be an exceptionally good show as I just received a package of discs from Beta-Lactam Ring Records including Waldteufel, Christus & the Cosmonauts, and the re-release of Martyn Bates post-punk noise experiments from 1980 called Migraine Inducers/Antagonistic Music. Also on tap, music from Soup Purse (who'll be joining me live in the studio when I get back in August!), Marissa Magic, Cyclopsycho, and Long Legged Woman. STREAMING LIVE RIGHT HERE! 1450 AM in the Portland OR/Vancouver WA metro area 98.3 FM on the Portland State University campus |

I'm listening, but there must be something wrong. All I hear is static noise

True, I prefer non-static noise, though when I'm in the car Between Two Stations is often my favorite group! |
