Has anyone actually talked to a person (either through a phone number or email) other then the automated responses that come from the email address on the laminate? I am slightly uncomfortable about relying on an automated mailing list sending me an email about a gig I camped out on the street for 12 hours to get tickets for. I would prefer to communicate directly with a person. PM me some better details if you got em.
