i made the switch over last week from windows to apple. so far so good.
i noticed that soulseek is not compatible with a mac but a programme called soulseex is. apparently it's quite hard to use as it runs in a few different windows. can someone PLEASE very carefully explain how you download and search for music on soulseex? bear in mind that i'm an apple novice so you need to explain to me in really simple terms! any responses much appreciated! |

try parallels and run windows xp in a window for soulseek while doing the rest in OSX. and it doesnt slow the comp down that much |

uh, soulseex is simple to use and I never understood why people say it isn't user-friendly. There's one window for all uploading/downloading, and the other windows are things like chats and user lists. All you have to do to pull up the ul/dl window is press Command-2
