You can play them on most players... Some really cheap knock-offs might not like it though, due to their trays not being stable enough. Just try it. Worst that could happen is you'll hear nothing.

unless it's one of those inserting types of inputs (like car stereos), most players have no problem fitting 3" cds. cd-rom drives have a smaller frame for the discs to fit.

even most front loading cd players (like those found in car stereos) will work, i dont know about a biz card though...
