What delay pedals do you guys use?
Currently I use a Boss PS-2 and a Boss DD3. I'll never part with the PS-2 because it's so unique, but I'm considering parting with the DD3 and replacing it with either a EHX Stereo Memory Man or a Line 6 DL4. Any comments on either of those? |

E/H Memory Man, original issue.
I have no problems with the new ones as long as they're not the kind with that extra gain stage. The straight-up reissues are good. |

I use a Boss DD-6 Digital Delay, its feature that doesn't get old (beside messing around with huge long delay) is the 'hold function' which allows you to loops like 5 seconds of jammin' over and over... My next delay pedal will be able to loop much longer due the function's usefullness in improving your improvisation etc. (I.e. Jamming blues for hours, jamming over 'hits of sunshine' riff for years, makin' up your own stuff)

i have a dd3, it's great.
i'd love to get a second delay or even another one. --- behringer pedals rule!!! you have to treat them like porcelain eggs but they have great sounds. |

ive got a boss ps2 aswell
its probs my main delay, really versitile sound wise with a really nice lo fi way of letting the repeats turn into a sort of hiss, only in a very good way. i hardly ever use the octave modes but theyre nice to have. the ps2 is pure slowdive in a box. ive also go a danelectro reel echo and a biyang 'analog' delay. |

Yeah. I love how you can make this pedal self-oscillate and "blow up." It's such a dirty, nasty delay - it's so awesome. To bad they didn't keep making something like that. |

I use a carl martin red repeat. It sounds pretty analogue-ish for a digital relay. I'm getting the new boss space echo and maybe another delay.
