Best 49c youll ever spend (The New Paul Westerberg album!!!)

I can't keep this record a secret anymore its just too good.

Let me first start by saying that im a huge replacements fan but have never really got into his solo work. His new album 49 is unbelievable though. Its the record all us replacements fans have been waiting for him to make since he went solo.

The album is one long track so it plays like some personal mixtape he recorded at home and the songs are up to the quality of Let It Be and Tim era.Its got all the great sides of Westerberg we've come to love....wistful, sweet, introspective, funny, clever, heartbreaking, dirty rock and roll and exuberant.It gets better with every listen.

About the title, Paul released this wonderful hidden masterpiece with no promotion on amazon for 49 cents. (He seems to do his best work when no one seems to be paying attention and this is further proof.)How can you pass up an offer to hear an album this good at that price?

So who has heard the new album, I think its one of the best of 2008.

It was 50 cents but I found a penny on the restroom floor.

I bought a pack of instant noodles for 39c during my lunch break.... I didn't have much change on me, my bank card isn't working anymore and my replacement one is still in the mail.

I might stash the remaining 10c away for harder times to come.

It's true though, I'm not even joking... found out my card was blocked last Thursday and right now I only have 6.35€ left in my wallet.
