Hanna Barbera mostly sucks.
There are some exceptions but you have to go to the earliest days of TV and their theatrical shorts like Tom and Jerry. for good cartoons see Chuck Jones, Bob Clampett, and Tex Avery (he made MGM cartoons like Hanna Barbera)

Talking of animation - When was the last time that Mickey Mouse or any of the traditional Disney characters were in a full length movie?
