yeah they are pretty great, i have pussy whipped, reject all american, the singles, and the cd version of the two first records.

the singles is my favourite bikini kill cd, it has their best songs on it.

They did nothing for me.
For what it's worth, I would have found them lacking talent and proficiency if they were men as well.
That music is just not interesting. At all.
And it has not aged well.

i think if you like "savage" music they're ok..if you are "that" kind of feminist,they're ok too,maybe...but i do not like their records except some songs,they do/did nothing for me,but the lack of talent is not the reason,i think.

Yeah, I think there's something to that, Toilet & Bowels. Also, the non-traditional musicality of Sonic Youth & how far they've come along causes them to see the good in a lot of these shit bands.

Steve Shelley must be incredibly grateful just to be a part of the mighty Sonic Youth to stand-by & allow such goings-on. Maybe being friends with Daniel Johnston is an influence there. He's far too insecure about his world-class talent, if you ask me.
