Storming through the party like my name was El Niño,
When I'm hanging out drinking in the back of an El Camino. As a kid, was a skid, and no one knew me by name. Trashed my own house party, 'cause nobody came. I know I'm not the one you thought you knew back in high school. Never going, never showing up when we had to. Attention that we crave. Don't tell us to behave. I'm sick of always hearing "act your age." I don't want to waste my time. Become another casualty of society. I'll never fall in line. Become another victim of your conformity And back down. Because you don't Know us at all, we laugh when old people fall, But what would you expect with a conscience so small? Heavy metal and mullets, it's how we were raised. Maiden and Priest were the gods that we praised. 'Cause we like having fun at other peoples expense and Cutting people down is just a minor offense then. It's none of your concern. I guess I'll never learn. I'm sick of being told to wait my turn. I don't want to waste my time. Become another casualty of society. I'll never fall in line. Become another victim of your conformity And back down. Don't count on me To let you know when. Don't count on me, I'll do it again. Don't count on me. It's the point you're missing. Don't count on me, 'Cause I'm not listening. Well I'm a No goodnick lower middle class brat, (backpacked), And I don't give a shit about nothing. You be standing on the corner talking all that kufuffin. But you don't make sense from all the gas you be huffing. 'Cause if the egg don't stain, you'll be ringing off the hook, You're on the hit list, (wanted) In the telephone book. I like songs with distortion, To drink in proportion. The doctor said my mom should've had an abortion. I don't want to waste my time. Become another casualty of society. I'll never fall in line. Become another victim of your conformity And back down. Waste my time with them. Casualty of society. Waste my time again. Victim of your conformity And back down. |

(Fat Lip isn't an excellent single, it's just ridiculous. But a lot of their songs are actually good. And their videos always ruled!)

I'm sorry, I think sum-41 is really one of the worst bands ever. Though Simple Plan is even worse.

bad bands who got lots of pussy always trump bad bands who didn't get much pussy. so in that respect, sum 41 beats the shit out of cky.

It is commonly known as a classic now - Andie McDowell is pretty good and Bill Murray - well of course but the repetitive nature keeps coming to mind in my own life. Kaffir? Just muttered at me from a car and the normal suspects run pass me. Kaffir? In Great Britain?
Perhaps Groundhog Day and The Trueman Showman as a double bill. A well known double glazing firms van parked at the top of a small incline but I am puffed out already so the normally watchers and their kids aint welcome. I am building up evidence against the missus for divorce. "Cruel and unnecessary treatment" I thought as I saw newsreader flirt outrageously with a real hero - Sir Rafe Fiennes at his Everest (oops advertising) Base camp. And the Red House and "not U" and speeding cyclists rushing up from behind etc etc. I am doing this for the Daily Mail - to convince home grown neo cons - allegedly that I am worth my continued presence in this country? And I have had at least 800 Groundhog Days to get it right and win the girl? And the first 56 years of life count for nought. 56 years of coming to absolutely no-ones notice - nothing to cloud issues. That sort of person surely couldn't be suspected even in the rather over excited minds of the last Republican Administration of being any threat to them as regards misbehaviour. Could it? I perhaps fitted some profile on day One? I was "tall" let us call it. Any other colour but "tall"? We also have noir! And other than my "tallness" what clinched the deal? An unexpected ability to be disrepectful to persons who mutter "kaffir" from passing vans? The word "uppity" and one other word come to mind. lol Craven - who ever is not allowing me to know what is going on. Legal reasons? Newt Gingrich seen yesterday on Jon Stewart. No offence Mr Gingrich but I dislike your partys entire vocal output at the moment. Who is craven - that strata that can play havoc with the world and fights shy of a few terrorists on their shores. What are these terrorists - superhuman? They are just bad - vicious - and sometime murderous men and women and certainly Leavenworth and its ilk can hold them. "But we will become a target - have a school just inside...... we have a public school just outside" etc etc. Ah. The care of little children ploy. Nation specific children that is. Shameful. Utterly shameful. Fine - care for you own but only your own? Not the America I know from my reading etc. |
