look at that cover fer chrisssakes! forget the pansy ramones, this is what a real bunch of dangerous street hoods looks like. how great a band do you have to be to take a classic album cover and do it like a million times better?? seriously, i wanna know!

All I'm going to say is that Skid Row is an accurately chosen band name.

And I'm referring to the skid row of the more underwear persuasion.

c'mon course he's dangerous, he did jesus christ superstar! no, wait..that was the guy from extreme.

as for the intense eponymous vs slave to the grind debate I have to say that whilst monkey business, quicksand jesus and the title track do indeed rock like fuck, overall, the album lacks the high standard and consistency of songwriting that jon bon jovi brought to the first one.
