I'm much more of an EVOL fan...

although Cotton Crown almost makes up for Sister's relative lacking.

EVOL is a tad overrated in my book. The band was never better than they were on Sister.

I voted for Sister, but I like these albums a similar amount. Sister gets it because of 'Schizo' (rather predictably). The winner of this will get whipped by the winner of the other semi!!!!

This is extremely difficult... I love them both with a passion, they represent a very creative, carefree and formative period in my life.
EVOL wins... but only by a whisker.

it's classic rocking (direction : 70's) sister versus indie rocking (direction : 90's) evol
I know they are time reverse from what I say, but expressway fits very well with the nurse tour: EVOL

evol is more consistent to me, but sister has the schizophrenia and catholic block one-two punch. i'm gonna go with sister

Sister's great and all. But a couple of parts on that album really bug me. Like the drums on Schizophrenia. That track is MINDBLOWING on Year Punk Broke. But on Sister it sounds a little subdued.

But EVOL is genius from start to finish. It should win.
