a true heroe of modern noise, a decent musician workin in noise, or lame. ill have to side with the former. the guy is unfuckingbelievably prolific, even by modern noise standards. his solo shit, collabs, and especially sissy spacek, have all been responsible for some mega brutal headfuck records operating in this thing called well composed noise.

very very very very very very very very very very very very very hit or miss.
most of his stuff has like 5 minutes that are utterly brilliant, about twice as much of generic harsh noise and and whatever is left (usually around another 10 minutes) of completely dull filler. french record sucks so hard, i can't believe it gets mentioned as one of the best albums of the year. i think my favorite of his is his collab with daniel menche. |

Yeah, i quite like what I've heard of his solo material. I thought Bastard Noise were pretty crappy though.

i like sissy spacek best. as stated above, his solo stuff is choppy, but sissy spacek is 85 percent killer. the project started out as a noise grindcore project, as evidenced by the s/t record. but then went on to include musique concrete, power electronics, cut up, glitch, etc..
