so i looked and looked and i can't find the tabs for a song i wanna cover. the songs called "i was a lover" by tv on the radio. i got the drums down the way i want em but every time i search for the tabs all that comes up is the lyrics. so if anyone could help me that'd be fucking awesome. good luck and god speed. thanks in advance.

I got called a jerk for saying this once before, but why not just listen to the song and figure it out by ear? Their songs really aren't that difficult.
I don't mean to sound jerky; this is an approach that has worked for me in the past... |

I'm with the above, you'll develop your ear better that way, and tabs are rarely accurate; if they are, the fingering is often off.

It is a new song and it isn't very popular so there are no tabs for it right now.
When I want to figure out a song, I always try to figue out the bassline. |

yeah i gave that a shot... but i suck infinitely at playing by ear. i know how they get that sound (turn the repeat on the delay all the way up, and the time all the way down) i just dont' know what chrods/notes their playing.
