Hail to the Thief strikes me as the most fully realized album. Which might be why they sort of stopped there. I like Kid A a lot, but it's sort of an Enoesque sketch outline for Hail.

Kid A fo sho
the best thing Radiohead has ever done. I actually played "In Limbo" this morning for my girlfriend who's sick and lying in bed. I'm not sure if she got the joke.

I don't see how Kid A is great and Amnesiac is bad. Since they were recorded at the same time and I listened to them at the same time, I really see them as two parts of one whole work. "Life In A Glasshouse" has got to be one of the best ending songs I've heard. But whatever.
I think I would've voted for the the live album if it was an option. But it isn't. |

| was about to answer the poll then | realised that | can't decide.
Ok Computer obviously has some fucking amazing songs, but | think | prefer the ambience of Amnesiac and Kid A. But also, Pablo Honey has some 'fucking amazing songs', "Blow Out" has got to be one of the best ending songs I've heard. And it's impossible to disregard My Iron Lung ep, if only because of how good Permanent Daylight is. Also I've heard some good songs from other Radiohead eps, but I don't know which songs are from which eps...so I can't really comment.

Kid A has to be one of my favourite albums. How To Disappear Completely is quite simply the most beautiful and heartbreaking song ever written.

Kid A owns my soul. No doubt, the album made me interested in electronic music.

Well since the last four Radiohead albums are so atmospherically and conceptually tight, it's difficult to find some off song (or several) that falters the album (something Sonic Youth often fall victim to but for understandable reasons).
Because of these, I have to go with the most poignant. This, for me, is OK Computer. Besides, "Lucky" is the best song they've written to date. |

Yeah, people are often afraid to say OK computer because it is the most well known album, but there's nothing wrong with admitting it. It's probably their best album, but I prefer the Bends.

Ok Computer usually. Sometimes it's Kid A though. Ok Computer has my single favorite Radiohead song ever though, the wonder that is "Let Down". Such an incredible song.

I picked [i]The Bends/i] becuz it has some great guitar work (I vote "Just" for greatest non-SY guitar song of all time) and I'm a guitarist, but I would really pick The Bends, OK Computer, and Kid A as Radiohead's Trilogy of Greatness.
Can't wait for their next...Hail To The Thief was good, but I'd hate for that to be their swansong.
