i want a kid!

any takers? actually i just want to adopt one for free. i'm sitting at this amazing park using the internet(i don't have internet connection anymore) and i see all these dads walking their babies either in a carrier or on their chests in those chest strap things. i just want a kid to be that dad. maybe even a stay at home dad. plus i want to show the world i can be a better dad than my non existent father.

but i'm going though a pretty heavy baby craze. i already picked out names. wester would be the boys name and chloe would be the girls name.

Okay, well, you're only seeing the good years of parenthood. As soon as those creatures develop any kind of sense of self, like between 2 and 3 years, it's all over. And the teen years are like the apocalypse.

Go get a dog from the animal shelter instead.

I don't want control over things... that's why I don't like pets (I LOVE animals; and I love other people's pets.. I just don't personally want one).. or kids. I don't want responsibility, first of all, but I'm a fairly responsible person when it comes to everything else, so I don't think that's the issue. I think it's moreso, I don't want to "control" something, tell it what to do, etc. It just bugs me.

Even I think about this sometimes. Part of me wants to skip out the whole process and just wake up one day being 30, employed, and with a family. Maybe because I'm really lazy, but perhaps it's because I hate other peoples children and want to show people how it's done.

There's no harm in daydreaming but I would never just go out and adopt some kid. I think making children is probably the most fun part so you don't want to miss out on that.
