Richard Hell Releases LP as Memorial to Robert Quine
Accompanied by a 68-page book featuring work artists made in response to the recordings
Richard Hell has released a new LP called Quine/Hell. It’s a memorial to Robert Quine, who was a member of the Voidoids and played guitar on many Hell recordings. Quine committed suicide in 2004. The one-sided, limited edition LP contains unreleased solo music by Quine, as well as things relating to Quine by Hell. The record is accompanied by a 68-page book featuring work artists made in response to the recordings. It’s organized and published by the New York art gallery White Columns.
