I'm playing guitar with my foot on a kick as sonic accompanyment. It feels so pure. I'm playing solo next Thursday. I think I'm gonna bring the kick drum. It will be fun. I'm playing "Horse Trading Days" which is Zelienople's yearly summer reason to sell funnel cakes and french fries.

I'd like to see someone turn a DDR pad into a drum trigger pad and play it while playing guitar.

my girlfriend is a champion DDR player.
she can beat any mode without missing a step. even that really fast one.. max 300 or whatever (she misses a few steps on that one, but she can still get by it pretty easily). i don't know either. she's crazy. i love drum machines. i don't like the SOUND of drum machines, but i like drum machines. |

I have a synth with a built in sequencer. It is fun using the noise generator to make sort of percussive sounds then sequence them. I'm not getting rid of my drum machine, I'm just in awe of how much fun it is playing the kick while I play guitar. Plus I was having so much fun, I broke my kick pedal. Although in my defense, I think it was a kickpedal to a kids drumset. It says Sunlite on it. I think that is french for "utter horseshit piece of crap" |

I was going to say that. Roland was THE MAN, in the least literal sense of the term.
