As voted for, all the time, forever, by people who don't actually listen to music. My hatred of the Beatles is as much to do with their invoking of a musical heirarchy (which is false) as it is to do with the fact their music sounds distinctly average to me.

I guess that if they eventually made a list that was "correct" no one would agree with it then. It's all subjective, even if someone with a great music taste made a list, people would still disagree. No such correct list can exist.
