Gluey Porch Treatments was the first one I got back in Middle School. I used to think I was cool for having it at the time.
On a side note, it's weird thinking about when I started buying cds. I was my sisters age, Nine. It's strange because I see her as still being really young. |

They're great, one of the most consistently awesome bands ever. Even their super experimental noisey albums are interesting, if not good. But they can still rock after all this time.

My amount of respect for them far outweighs my liking of their music. I think Gluey Porch Treatmeants, Lysol, and Bullhead are all very good. I just find the rest of their stuff either rehashed, average, or just flat-out boring.

It's hard to choose a favorite. OZMA/GLUEY PORCH is the classic of course. I dunno, I usually reach for Bullhead.

Dale Crover is the best drummer in rock hands down. Buzz is some kind of inhuman archetype that defies any sort of natural explanation. I can't express how weird it feels that my friend and former karaoke host is now their bassist...

I really liked the live Houdini album, in some ways more than the studio.
