Converting APE files

I got some torrent today and instead of FLAC it was all in APE files.

How do I convert these to wav or mp3?

I already checked google and couldn't find one that worked.

fb2k can do it all.
unfortunately version 0.9 is new and I think he changed something for plugin writers.
if you can find version "0.8.3 special" it has almost everything included.
