Coffee or if at all possible the quicky works well. I've tried both and honestly the quicky just makes me want to get home that much more and focus that much less. So, I usually just go for the cup of coffee.

I swear by my ozonated spring water.
Juice is good, still better for you than soft drinks of course, but it's still not as good for you as water. I buy about 3 cans or so every week of the frozen concentrated juices for super cheap. If you're really exerting yourself outdoors at work, then you need gatorade or the like & not water. |
