It does sound a bit like "Unwind", but not enough to be copyright infringement.

Unwind goes up in the second half of the verse, whereas Blame It On The Tetons goes down.

Whoa, I just pointed that out of fun. Of course many of these things happen unconsciously, or else the music business would be overfilled with lawsuits from these kind of things.
