Excuse, sorry to interupt, but does anybody have the soundtrack to No Direction home? I need details of the artwork etc. I bought it yesterday secondhand and it just has the Bringing it all Back Home album cover but with the soundtrack title. It doesn't contain much. So I was wondering if I'm missing anything from it, and what I have is just a section of the booklet? Or if I have another version? Help please.

I borrowed it and copied it, so I'm going by memory here...
I think there are a few essays and reminesings. (<---a word?) I absolutely remember a bit from Al Kooper, about organing (<---a word?) on Like a Rolling stone. I hope yours came w/ two disks coz it shoulda. |

original packaging is a double disc slip cardboard box with dylan along the side of the road photo. there is a very nice booklet that is appx 50pages with a couple essays and lots of photos. highly recommend you find this because its a good read and completes the side. the 2nd disc however... the fuckin' maggie's farm holy shit!

But I'm trying to work out if I have another version with different cover art. I understand the standard one, which could be the only one, has the same cover as the film.
Here's a pic I found on Google: I have the cover which is on the bottom left corner. But are them 3 covers contained within the same packaging, or are they 3 seperate covers that you'd have to purchase seperately?

3 covers contained within the same packaging. my best belief is they reused album art for this packaging because the film only covers up to the time dylan crashes his motorcycle which is just after bringing it all back home...
basically this is how it is put together. the slip case on top is what holds the cds (what you have) and the book next to it. |

Ahhh, ok. So it's as I thought it would be but hoped it wouldn't be. Thanks for the confirmation. I guess I'll be trying to get my money back.
