i dont like that french press thing. Im all about the espresso - the idea that the water should be in contact with the coffee for the shortest time possible to preserve taste and fragrance without making it bitter and too full of caffeinew

the cold water pressing method doesn't cause bitterness, but there is maximum caffeine extraction, which if you aren't a huge pussy, is exactly what you're going for.
