anyone know this record? or anything about this guy? i really really love his music!
ive found out about this great record on a blog, and its probably one of the best fingerpickin style record that came out recently. havent seen anyone mentioning this guy on this board yet. i really would like to find out more about him! here's a clip |

You might remember him from the awesome drone band GHQ - all their releases are required. Steve and Marc Orleans have a really excellent song oriented quartet, the Gunn-Orleans band, more in a heavy 60's/70's rock style. This month he's been upstate with John Truscinski from X04 recording for 3lobed. Last year I saw a very excellent set at the Cake Shop by TOM CARTER/STEVE GUNN/MARC ORLEANS/SHAWN McMILLEN.
