that is NOT a mutant. it is obviously a Bio-Con (mk. IV).

note the rounded dome-like structure that serves as a head. mutants don't have that. they have fleshy bulbous protrusions. I see NO fleshy bulbous protrusions.

ps: my sensors (which are currently rolling in their sockets) may be 2k8, however, yr vid card is totally 1k97.
