it was seeded at DIME a few months ago. I believe it's the same one. The seeder remarked that no one should have to pay thousands for it. I also snatched a '58 Flatt & Scruggs soundboard & the '49 John Coltrane with the Navy Band that were seeded recently. |

Probably the shining score by wendy carlos. I don't collect but that's a really really hard one. I really want to find that one in some format.

I have that Music To Grow Plants LP! Got it for 25 cents.
We have The Shining soundtrack on original LP at my work. It's not that expensive and it's a nice copy. You can PM if you want the hookup. |

the sex pistols were signed to a&m, they'd just recorded "god save the queen" but the label dropped them before the single was released..
the vinyl was already pressed, but they decided to destroy the copies.. a handful remains intact, going for a lot of money..

A very enlightening thread, thanks to the people who posted, real good read. Savage Clone has the most enviable job on the planet; and the VU vinyl porkmarras linked to looks incredible.

I'm more into rare jazz, soul, reggae vinyl. For instance on that list of records to look out for: any James Brown on King records, Miles Davis - Pangaea, Cecil Taylor - Spring of Two Blue J's, Bag's Groove, and atari said it best with the Parker as Sadik Hakim.
