So Zack De La Rocha formerly of Rage Against the Machine and Jon Theodore formerly of The Mars Volta got to get and are recording an EP.

I'm surprised by the track, especially the end.

I'v heard this. It's not horrible. It songs exactly like what is though, a RATM/TMV mash-up. I'll probably pick it up. I much prefer their separate bands though. Theodore's drumming on this song is meh compared to the stuff on De-loused.

I don't hear that at all. Rocha's rap is more straight forward than slogany and the drum is less noodley and heavy. I dig the part after 2:35.

I listened to it again and I'll agree with de la Rocha's rap. I prefer this to the RATM rap, but I loved Theodore's drumwork on the other stuff. It's still above-average, though.
