1994 : the year the water broke

In the 'Take Out the Trash' booklet, there was a text about some video project entitled 1994 : the year the water broke, which would apparently be about the EJSTANS tour... Does anybody know something more about it?

I'd imagine that this is someone's joke, on two bases:

1) There was no tour in 1994
2) That was the year that Coco was born (I think), so the "waters broke" bit would refer to Kim's waters breaking shortly prior to giving birth.
