my hangovers seem to last weeks these days. apart from atp which i did feel somewhat rough at but also didnt get the full force ones i usually get.

I recommend being forced to do some heavy lifting on a hangover. Seems to do the trick for me. NB I am not a body builder, as anyone who's met me will attest.

yes any phsical work really helps it would seem. i ofetn do stuff on a sunday to try and ease the pounding headache etc. also glice is a bodybuilder in his mind.
