cheeseburgers and fries homemade. No mikey d's, bk's or wendies for me. Other than a great piece of steak, a cheeseburger is my favorite meal.

disturbingly they're not meat handling in the modern world is frightening enough, let alone to eat ground meat of indeterminate origin, plus that shit is pure fat, look at how disgusting the pan is after you cook ground beef, and then look at the pan after a steak. no fat, just a bit of coagulated blood, MUCH healthier..

depends which kind of meat you're using to make your burger.
but you want some meat with some fat otherwise it'll be dry.

not true, if you cook it long and low (lower the heat in the pan and cook it longer to keep it tender and juicy) and buy a slightly fattier cut of meat like Top Round you get a much more delicious burger, I promise you also, even with hamburger, you should only flip the meat once to preserve tenderness and flavor I used to LIVE on hamburgers (literally, not an exaggeration) so I consider myself a well-versed aficionado..

well you're gonna say it's wrong and try and tell me to eat steak and bread like we're living in a pre-burger world or something.

WELL, it's called the hamburger.
you will need minced beef - the cheap kind, with fat 1 onion chopped 1 clove of garlic chopped salt and pepper a bit of fresh parsley 1 egg breadcrumbs (or not) you will then need to use your hands. a big chunk of brie or cheddar or not if you want the bread you might wanna toast it a bit as well i use this you might wanna boil big chunks of potato with skin and then put them in a hot oven for about 10-15 min with some olive oil on top. its a good non-steak meal.
