Guinness is still my fav but after drinking a warm Pabst Blue Ribbon I found it to taste better than a cold one; it also helped when I was in a drum circle for the 1st time. So what beer can you drink warm? I know I wouln't drink a warm Corona or Hinie!! aside from that a warm Kentucky Ale can also taste good.

Waggle dance is lovely lukewarm; I think Cider is the king of not needing to be cold though.

i'm not a big drinker at all. beer takes like shat to me. as far as taste goes, wine coolers are probably the best tasting. but once in a blue moon when i do drink it's usually liquor, just because you have to drink less

Mmmm...warm beer, it's the only thing. I was in The MArlbororough Arms in Chester yesterday - they have a house beer called MArlbororough Ghost, it's rather pleasant.
Cider and beer are great. Lager largely sucks. Strongbow have a new cider out, called 'Sirus' or 'Sirius' I think, but Ihaven't tried it yet.

See, being a Westcountry lad, I'm really not that fond of your Blackthorns and the like - the cider equivalent of John Smiths - passable, but not a patch on rough cider from some bearded weirdos farmhouse, replete with floating bits of apple and biro'd 'cider - facemelter' on the side.
I entirely concur with the distaste for lager, with the exception of some of the expensive contintental ones that are probably 'white beer', which is a category I'm not entirely sure about where it fits. Yr Erdingers and the like. Although, yr Curry lagers (Tiger, Kingfisher) are ace-tastic.

I agree.
The rougher ciders are a good thing, but you can't get them in the pubs oop north. It's strongbow or sometimes Samuel Smiths (which is nice enough). Some of the Czech lagers are kind of cool, and Wetherspoons have a Russian one called Baltika which is nice.

Some beers, especially lagers, have more flavor warm. But my favorite beers are all best served cold.
