RTX OKish, nowhere near as good as Royal Trux
Violent Students The tape I have of theirs is crap

Only one I've heard for sure is Roxy Music. I like them better with Eno when they were a still a bit of a glam rock band, but I still like the slicker stuff too. I find the chicks on their covers very arousing too.

I so thank The Units for sending Jandek the cease and desist letter that made him come up with a way better name though.

i used to love avalon. i still really like about 3-4 songs on it, but that album leaves me almost completely cold nowadays.

Roxy Music - complete fanboy
Onna - great
Strangulated Beatoffs - never really grabbed me
Grave Miasma - awful, but I'm not exactly receptive to most grindcore
RTX - gonna have to agree that it's not as good as Royal Trux

Never heard Violent Students or Wizard Smoke.
