If by growth you mean height, I believe he is 6' 4" (he talks about it in the commentary of the 'empty page' video on the SY dvd).

and here it is (right click on the link and "save target as",i think,here the image would be resized...it's a 800x600 image (more or less),definition is not the best because as i said these things are the most hateable (???) things to scan....
