Anyone like these guys? I saw them live at the Nuits secrètes (August 14th), they were amazing! Now I'm really into their music, I'm like listening Hello? Is This Thing On? all the time and I'm going to buy Louden Up Now as soon as possible

Is this the band whose drummer died last year? He had previously been in the Popesmashers, the punky types who marleypumpkin shared with us many moons ago.

I saw them last year in NYC, they were pretty crazy. The singer wore these tiny little blue hotpants on stage. They were good though, lots of energy, lots of dancing.

Yes, it's very hard to find on the Internet, you should search for Chk Chk Chk, that's how they're mostly referenced

i must be the only person who thinks louden up now is merely ok at best. i think !!! are quite weak band. very very hit and miss. some kick ass tracks but a lot of simply namby pamby pop songs. maybe im missing something but give me bush tetras, esg or liquid liquid anyday....
i file the rapture under the same umbrella |

Me and Guilliano Down by the Schoolyard is a great track. Also like Hello is this Thing on? Haven't heard much else, kinda put off getting their LP by the lukewarm reviews...

Radio 4 and the Rapture had a coupla really good tracks as well. I'm thinking Dance to thge Underground and House of Jealous Lovers respectivelly. These over-hyped dance punk bands don't really seem to be album bands though.
