is this supposed to be a like a funny thread?

i showed a picture of sy from rr album to a person who doesn't know them, asking him how old he thinks thurston is. he told me 30 maybe 33, hehe.

by the way sonic youth is one of the greatest names for the band dontya think?

If you put me in a grainy blackandwhite photo taken from middle distance and dressed me up in rock attire and strapped a gtr around my neck, I could pass for 30-something, too. Context is everything.

yes, that's right, but then again, another friend of mine who i've played eurocknees video, had same reaction...what 49? i'd say around 33, HEHE. (of course if you would be face to face with him for some time you would noticed that he's well aged and experienced person...?!#?...obviously).

They should rename themselves Lulu and the three sluts.A G.A.Y. gig would save them at this stage in their career.
