Came across this the other night, amazing stuff. A bit like the Raincoats being covered by Scorched Earth Policy or Ut.

Timing is everything. If this came out in, say, 1979, we'd speak of it in the same breath as METAL BOX or THE RAINCOATS. But 2002? A bit retro.
But I guess the date ultimately doesn't matter because I'm five or so tracks in and this is definitely a keeper. Thanks. |

This is much earlier than MOF, definitely from Minneapolis though.
These people all continue to make incredible sounds, though Mother Of Fire is also now defunct. RIP MOF |
